Order & Shipping
The goods will be shipped out after you placed an order if it has in stock. If not, the standard delivery time will be 7 days. And all this is depend on the quantity and the items whether are standard items or not.
If it’s urgent order, Smolex will put this as a primary order to cut down the lead time.
If you have an Air Express account and want to ship the goods by it, welcome to notify us the Account ID.
If By our Air Express, the shipping charge will be informed to you.

Payment Methods
- Paypal: Paypal is acceptable for if the total amounts is small. In generally the amount is less than US $1,000 dollars.
- Bank: Bank transfer are welcome, considering the transfer charge, if the Total amount is big, bank transfer is more reasonable.
- Western Union: You can get the Western Union Info. from the Invoice.
Note: All the payment is T/T 100% if the order amount is less than US$10,000, and if you have any question about this, you can contact us to talk about this items.

Free samples are available for your evaluation or testing.
Generally we can provide 5-20 pcs free samples. and the quantity depend on the items you need. If you have further requirement, welcome to contact us.
The Freight Cost may be paid by your side.
Smolex has stick policy on the producing process. The raw materials will be checked three times before production.
The goods will be checked in three time.
1. After produced, the goods will be check whether they have match the standard level. From outward appearance to function.
2.Before shipping, the first step will be checked randomly, if the function all works well, then move to next step. Check the appearance.
3. Package: the goods will be packed by our Professional Packers，then send to the pre-shipping area.
